CALL FOR PARTNERS — EVALUATION PHASE 2026

Seeking Testing & Evaluation Partner for Secure Web-Based CAD Coordination

FRAXIN is a lightweight, web-based platform designed for coordinating complex product assemblies across multiple organizations, suppliers, and project teams. It serves as a secure browser-based coordination layer, removing reliance on fragmented sheets, emails, and disconnected files.

01 / CONCEPT

Lightweight Coordination Layer

Rather than replacing your existing high-end CAD or PLM systems, FRAXIN sits on top as an accessible, web-based coordination layer. It simplifies visualization and status tracking for non-CAD users, suppliers, and managers, allowing everyone to see assembly status without expensive licenses or complex software.

02 / CAPABILITY

Controlled Information Sharing

Enable secure, role-based information sharing across distributed engineering and manufacturing workflows. Keep sensitive design IP protected while letting stakeholders comment, review assembly states, and resolve coordination bottlenecks in real-time.

What We Are Looking For

We are currently seeking engineering, manufacturing, or technology organizations that work with complex product structures and collaborate with external suppliers, subcontractors, or distributed project teams.

A

Multi-Org Coordination

Coordinating complex assembly and component information across multiple organizations, subcontractors, or internal departments.

B

Assembly Status Tracking

Tracking the status of product components, assembly progress, delivery stages, and manufacturing readiness in real-time.

C

Sensitive Data Control

Sharing critical technical information with external suppliers while maintaining strict, granular control over sensitive engineering IP.

D

Fragmented Reviews

Reviewing design progress using an inefficient combination of CAD files, spreadsheets, emails, screenshots, or PDF markups.

E

Cross-Team Workflows

Managing communication overhead and tracking updates between engineering, procurement, production, and supplier teams.

Testing Scope: The partner would support FRAXIN by providing feedback on workflows, usability, data structure, and practical adoption barriers. Depending on availability and confidentiality constraints, the evaluation may use either anonymized/simplified industrial data, or a representative simulated scenario.

Evaluation Scope

  • FRAXIN Workflow Integration Testing the core flow from CAD export to web publication.
  • Browser-Based 3D Visualization Evaluating performance of assembly visualization on standard browser setups.
  • Role-Based Information Sharing Testing granular access controls and supplier views.
  • Supplier Coordination Validating feedback loops, status approvals, and communication.
  • Traditional Method Comparison Quantifying speed and error-reduction compared to spreadsheets/emails.

Why Participate?

  • Shape the Product Roadmap Help design a practical, high-value tool for secure engineering collaboration.
  • Reduce Coordination Overhead Discover workflows that eliminate manual data assembly and reporting.
  • Optimize Supplier Workflows Implement browser-based progress monitoring with controlled information sharing.
